OVERVIEW
We wrapped up an exhilarating three days at the Australian Energy Producers event at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre, where we had the pleasure of elevating Woodside Energy’s presence in the Oil & Gas industry. Here’s a glimpse into how we turned their exhibition stand into a hotspot of innovation and relaxation!
OBJECTIVE & CHALLENGE
Our challenge was hefty but clear: transform a standard 12m x 9m exhibition space into a welcoming, innovative environment under the tight constraints of time and logistics. And oh, did we rise to the occasion!
INNOVATION & IMPLEMENTATION
We kicked off by constructing a bespoke stand that wasn't just a space but a statement. We elevated an LED screen to make Woodside’s stunning content the visual centerpiece and added lush greenery and florals from Signature Floral Design to breathe life and colour into the space. Warm pendant lighting and earthy materials created a cosy, inviting atmosphere where attendees could chat, relax, and enjoy the event without feeling overwhelmed by the usual aggressive marketing.
Partnering with local heroes like Margaret River Roasting Co, we ensured every attendee could enjoy the finest coffee Western Australia offers. The on-stand cocktail party featured bespoke menus and exquisite wines from the SA region, blending premium hospitality with networking.
RESULTS & SUCCESS
The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with many praising the stand’s unique feel and the quality interactions it fostered.
