Xero Summer Series 2024
OVERVIEW
Ever wondered what it’s like to have a beach party right in the middle of the city? Well, let me tell you, it's totally possible and we just pulled it off with the Xero Summer Series at Claremont Showgrounds!
Partnering with INVNT, we were stoked to kick off the first event of the national Xero Summer Series right here in Perth. The goal? To bring the beach to our attendees, complete with sand, surf, and sun (sort of)!
OBJECTIVE & CHALLENGE
We shipped in 3 tonnes of sand and laid out a gorgeous pine boardwalk. One half of the venue was all about chilling on the beach, while the other half hosted the plenary sessions. The contrast was just perfect!
INNOVATION & IMPLEMENTATION
To really nail the beach theme, we teamed up with some awesome folks. DJ Wildflower set the mood with some killer beach tunes that had everyone feeling like they were sunbathing in Ibiza. Our coffee partners from Margaret River Roasting and caterers from Comestibles kept the beach vibes going strong with delicious treats and refreshing drinks.
RESULTS & SUCCESS
The event was a smashing success! It was all about creating a fun, immersive experience that brought the summer spirit to life, and the feedback was off the charts. Everyone loved the unique setup and the chance to network in such a chill, laid-back environment.
