OVERVIEW
For Tennis West's prestigious Industry Awards Night, Mayler + Co was entrusted with the responsibility of taking the event to newer heights. Hosted at the renowned Optus Stadium, this event aimed to celebrate the achievements of the tennis community in an unforgettable way.
OBJECTIVES & EXECUTION
The primary objective was to revamp the traditional Tennis West awards night formula to craft an experience that was both exciting and engaging.
Given the previous benchmarks, we were presented with the challenge of introducing innovative elements that would enhance the guest experience without deviating from the essence of the awards.
INNOVATION & IMPLEMENTATION
Drawing insights from Tennis West's past events, we enhanced various elements such as styling, AV, entertainment, and show run.
Collaborations with leading suppliers ensured each aspect of the event was executed with precision. PAV (Perth Audio Visual) managed the AV intricacies, Corprahire provided the perfect dance floor setting, Jenks & Co Blooms added elegance with florals, and Little Belle brought the event alive with their performance.
IMPACT
Hosted 300 guests in a spectacular setting.
Recognised the achievements of the tennis community with 24 awards.
Celebrated 4 Hall of Fame inductees.
