AWARDS OF EXCELLENCE 2022
OVERVIEW
The Swimming WA Awards of Excellence 2022 was an event hosted to honor outstanding performances and contributions within Western Australia's swimming community.
The event aimed to revamp tradition and provide a refreshing and engaging awards night experience at the luxurious Ritz Carlton.
OBJECTIVES & EXECUTION
The main objective was to innovate on the traditional format of award nights. To accomplish this we broke the night into two distinct 45-minute award sections, with an interval for guests to enjoy canapés and network.
Master of Ceremonies, Ross Wallman, was instrumental in ensuring a smooth and engaging flow to the night.
DJ Wildflower added to the energetic atmosphere, helping to foster the celebration side of the event.
ACHIEVEMENTS
The event was well-received by the 220 guests in attendance, many of whom provided positive feedback.
MC Ross Wallman's performance was widely lauded as the linchpin that kept the night flowing, while DJ Wildflower was acclaimed for her fantastic music selection, keeping the celebratory mood high.
IMPACT
The Awards of Excellence 2022 event left a lasting impression on Swimming WA's community. The innovative format of the event allowed attendees to engage more actively and enjoy the awards in a less formal, more sociable setting.
