OVERVIEW
Mayler + Co had the honor of working with Woodside Energy for APPEA 2023. The goal was to create a standout presence at the conference, showcasing Woodside's leadership in the Oil & Gas industry through an eye-catching and inviting stand.
OBJECTIVE & CHALLENGE
Our challenge was to design and build a unique, sustainable 12m x 9m stand, working under tight time restrictions. It was crucial to negotiate and schedule all elements efficiently to ensure the project was delivered to the best standard.
INNOVATION & IMPLEMENTATION
Mayler + Co took inspiration from Woodside Energy's new international look, and we partnered with local Western Australian suppliers to add a touch of local flavor. This not only elevated the guest experience but also supported local businesses, aligning with Woodside Energy's community engagement values.
RESULTS & SUCCESS
Over 3000 attendees visited the stand over three days. The stand was popular for networking and relaxing, with the on-site cocktail party being a hit. While Woodside Energy doesn't provide testimonials, feedback from attendees validated the success of our efforts, demonstrating how innovative design and careful project management can create a standout presence at a major industry event.
